Thus concludes a week like no other I have experienced. Reactions:
- Happiness to see so many rising to the challenge
- Gratitude for medical workers, our staff and clients and so many more
- Compassion for those who have contracted COVID-19 or will do so
- Confidence in how business is serving the public interest
- Concern for our economic well-being, including that of small businesses and those they employ
- Desire to help, from acting responsibly to helping companies communicate in crisis
- Hope for better days, even as we plan for something less
