We do not employ a sales team that makes unsolicited calls, pressures business owners into scheduling follow-ups or repeatedly contacts people who have declined services. We also do not make sales calls from blocked or hidden numbers.
Recently, several business owners from across North America have contacted our firm after receiving calls, proposals or sales pitches from people claiming to represent TRG Marketing. In some cases, the callers have offered SEO, reputation management or other marketing services. We have also heard reports of aggressive follow-up tactics, suspiciously low-priced offers and inappropriate behavior after a business declined the service.
These communications did not come from TRG Marketing in Wisconsin.
We have also received a negative Google review describing persistent calls, hidden caller identification, aggressive sales tactics and an alleged discriminatory comment. Although we are deeply sorry that the reviewer experienced this treatment, no one from TRG Marketing made those calls.
There are other businesses in North America that use the TRG Marketing name, and it is also possible that individuals are falsely representing themselves as being affiliated with our company. We cannot confirm who is responsible, but we want to be unequivocally clear: this behavior does not represent our team, our business practices or our values.
TRG Marketing primarily grows through referrals, professional relationships and conversations initiated by businesses interested in working with us. We believe business development should be respectful, transparent and free from pressure. We also believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of religion, background or beliefs.
