ESE, Inc. is an expert in food & beverage plant system automation and is at the forefront of designing and commissioning innovative applications across North America and beyond. ESE focuses on companies needing automation services, plant process configurations, advanced data and metric analysis. After initial discussions with The Ritterbusch Group on individual projects, the relationship has grown to where ESE is utilizing TRG as its full-service marketing team, from strategy and research to tactical execution.
TRG conducted extensive research with ESE customers, and met with ESE’s leadership team to develop a Brand Positioning map to ensure the look, feel and content of all ESE messages were focused and consistent. Specific activities were thoughtfully planned and executed, including budget allocation and brand identity updates (new logo, letterhead, business cards, PowerPoint displays, tradeshow booth).
A new ESE website was created, providing a bright, clean, inviting internet presence. Their social media channels were also update and enhanced to better connect with current and potential customers. Renewed focus on media relations activities has brought the ESE story to a larger audience.
ESE, Inc. continues to cement its leadership role in the food & beverage industries. By partnering with TRG, all marketing and communication activities have one voice, and there is consistency in messaging among all team members. This is true in large and small ways, from audiences reached in international trade publications to one-on-one contact in the form of uniform staff email signatures.
